Role Description The Unit Finance Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Amravati, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel unit. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing daily accounting activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Unit Finance

Controller monitors budgets, tracks revenue and expenses, and provides analytical insights to support pricing, cost control, and profitability initiatives. Daily tasks involve supervising the finance team, reconciling accounts,



coordinating with operations and management, and supporting audits. The role also contributes to financial planning, cash-flow management, and the implementation of internal controls to maintain financial discipline and transparency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills, with the ability to manage hotel-unit financial operations effectively.

Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for hospitality or similar service-oriented businesses.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, support decision-making, and optimize costs and revenue.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial/ERP systems, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance and internal control standards.

Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with management, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
