Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance overall user experience.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to assist in ideation, wireframing, UI generation, and design optimization.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless and accurate UI implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Optimize UI/UX designs based on user feedback, analytics, A/B testing results, and AI-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.




- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar tools) for design creation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and AI-enhanced animations.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability guidelines.
