Job Summary

Client is seeking a UI/UX Business Analyst and this is remote position from India. Responsibilities:

Prepare compelling slide decks, progress reports, and storytelling communications tailored for the senior leadership team

Facilitate design thinking workshops and user research sessions to explore and understand users’ needs, motivations, and pain points

Apply design thinking techniques to uncover user insights and translate findings into personas, journey maps, and problem statements that guide the design process

Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to explore potential solutions and develop initial sketches, wireframes, digital prototypes and MVPs. Test solution concepts and prototypes with real users, capturing and leveraging user feedback to refine designs through multiple iterations

Advocate for user-centered design, fostering empathy and promoting a culture of experimentation within IT teams and among Oncology Business Unit stakeholders

Coordinate communications to ensure project progress and success stories are effectively communicated to business and IT stakeholders Experience:

Demonstrated business analysis skills with 5+ years of experience leading workshops, developing compelling stories, and preparing first-class PowerPoint presentations. eg.



C-level management suite. Solid user research skills to identify and analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points

Demonstrated experience in MVP development and the ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible solutions, test these solutions in real-world scenarios, and iteratively improve based on feedback.

Proficiency in user centered wireframing and digital prototyping approach and tools such as, but not limited to, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Miro. Advanced visual design capabilities, with a sound understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles

Experience in usability testing and user feedback analysis to iteratively enhance digital designs

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective work within cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications

Hands on experience implementing design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces utilizing web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Sound understanding of emerging developments in AI, including generative AI and agentic AI, to support the framing of innovative aspirations and solutions.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
