GreyOak is rebuilding its public-facing fintech website into a modern, premium and content-rich digital experience. We need a UI/UX-focused qualified who can also convert their designs into a production-ready website. The role is approximately 60% UI/UX and 40% development. This is not a graphic-design, template-customisation or basic website role. You must understand user journeys, information architecture, responsive design, conversion and full-stack implementation. Responsibilities

- Audit the existing website and identify UX and conversion problems.
- Plan information architecture, navigation and user journeys.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and responsive designs in Figma.
- Establish typography, spacing, colour, components and a reusable design system.
- Design product, pricing, educational, blog, glossary and lead-generation pages.
- Convert approved designs into responsive Next.js/React pages.
- Integrate CMS, forms, CRM, email, WhatsApp,



analytics and payments.
- Implement technical SEO, accessibility and Core Web Vitals.
- Deploy and maintain the production website.

Required

Skills

- Strong UI/UX and website-design portfolio.
- Advanced Figma, auto layout, components and prototyping.
- Excellent visual hierarchy, typography and responsive-design ability.
- React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- CMS and backend/API integration experience.
- Technical SEO, accessibility, Git and deployment knowledge.
- Ability to own the website from UX planning through production. Fintech, financial-services, subscription, conversion-flow and motion-design experience will be preferred.
