Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International travel background Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, also candidate needs to Handle about 15 - 30 inbound calls in a day, to assist US-based clients in our travel process.

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities

- Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities.

- Handle 15-30 inbound calls from US-based clients and effectively convert them into sales.

- Work comfortably on the night shift.

- Earn monthly sales incentives in addition to a fixed salary.

Requirements

- Minimum 10+2 education preferred.

- At least 1 year of experience in international travel background

- One year experience in PPC campaign





- Excellent customer service skills.

- Robust command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven experience in Business-to-Customers (B2C) sales management.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
