Role Description The Travel Operations Intern is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. The intern supports day-to-day travel coordination, including planning and booking transportation, accommodation, and itineraries for team members and business travel needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining travel records, ensuring adherence to company travel policies, and assisting with budget tracking and vendor communication. The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve travel-related issues, provide timely updates, and ensure smooth travel experiences.



The intern will also help optimize travel processes and prepare basic reports on travel activities and expenses.

Qualifications

- Ability to handle Travel Arrangements and basic Travel Management tasks efficiently.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Understanding of Business Travel requirements, policies, and documentation.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Interest in operations, administration, or travel management; prior internship or coursework in related fields is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, hospitality, travel management, or a related discipline.
