Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Indian Rounds is a full-time, on-site position based in Madhuravoyal.

The Travel

Consultant will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, including planning itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and coordinating tour packages for domestic and international travel. The role involves advising customers on travel options, costs, and required documentation, as well as assisting with visa-related queries.

Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is expected to maintain accurate information and high service standards.

Qualifications Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate tailored itineraries and tour packages.

Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and managing reservation systems.

Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve travel-related issues professionally.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain travel options clearly and build positive client relationships.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.

Familiarity with travel booking platforms, basic computer skills, and comfort with using digital tools.

Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
