About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultants to join our team. The role involves understanding customers' travel requirements, recommending suitable travel experiences, handling leads, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their travel requirements.
- Build rapport and understand customer preferences, budget, destination interests and expectations.
- Recommend suitable travel packages and create personalized travel experiences.
- Prepare and share itineraries, quotations and relevant package details.
- Follow up with customers and manage leads effectively throughout the sales journey.
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer requirements.




- Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure effective lead management.
- Work towards individual sales targets and business metrics.
- Maintain a high level of customer experience while achieving sales objectives.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
