About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Transportation Operations professional to run the day-to-day Billing, Track &

- Trace, and Proof of Delivery (POD) Management processes. This is an execution-focused role, working within established standards to keep freight billing, in-transit visibility, and delivery documentation accurate and on time — with strong exposure to the US transportation landscape.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end Billing operations — invoice processing, validation,



discrepancy resolution, and timely closure

Manage Track &

- Trace — monitor shipments in transit, proactively flag delays and exceptions, and coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve them

Handle POD Management — collection, verification, and reconciliation of delivery documentation

Apply US transportation standards, carrier requirements, and compliance norms in day-to-day processing

Partner with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and delivery discrepancies

Maintain accuracy and turnaround times across Billing, Track &

- Trace, and POD workflows, following established SOPs

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in transportation operations, specifically in Billing, Track &

- Trace, and POD Management

Working knowledge of the US transportation landscape — carriers, standards, and compliance requirements

Strong attention to detail and process discipline

Comfortable operating within established SOPs and frameworks

Good communication skills to coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams
