Position: Travel Consultant

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.

Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.

Recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.

Prepare quotations and itineraries as per customer requirements.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into bookings.

Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, payments, documentation, and confirmations.

Maintain accurate customer and inquiry details in the company system/CRM.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Stay updated with current destinations, tour packages, offers, and travel trends.

Eligibility





Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related field preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Customer-oriented approach with a passion for travel.
