About the Role

Naandi Foundation is looking for a State Training Coordinator to manage and execute its CSR Youth Skilling Program across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for stakeholder coordination, team management, training operations, project monitoring, and achievement of state-level targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor training activities across Maharashtra.
- Liaise with government, government-aided institutions, colleges, ITIs, and other stakeholders.
- Manage trainers and ensure smooth execution of training batches.
- Track project performance, targets, deliverables, and timelines.
- Handle operational issues and escalations effectively.
- Conduct batch introduction and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with project SOPs, processes,



and documentation requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional and project stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement of assigned training targets within timelines.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or above with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in CSR, skill development, education, training, or livelihood projects preferred.
- Prior experience in team handling and project management will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based workplace.
- Good computer/MS Office skills.
- Basic knowledge of Beauty & Wellness, salon operations, beauty services, employability skills, and workplace etiquette will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
