Role Description

This hybrid role for a Trainer is based in Coimbatore, offering a mix of in-office and remote work. Trainers will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions to help learners enhance skilled communication, soft skills, and technical expertise. The role also involves providing personalized feedback and career guidance, conducting mock interviews, and preparing learners for workplace readiness.

Trainers will collaborate with academic institutions, corporate clients,



and individual learners to ensure effective knowledge transfer and positive learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Soft Skills Training, including communication skills, interpersonal skills, attitude building, and workplace readiness.
- Deep understanding of Career Development Programs, such as resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and presentation skills.
- Technical expertise in programming languages and tools such as Python, Java, SQL, Power BI, or other relevant technologies.
- Strong foundation in Aptitude & Logical Reasoning, including quantitative aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional ability in Verbal Ability & Language Skills, with emphasis on grammar, professional communication, and fluency in English.
- Excellent facilitation skills, adaptability to diverse learner groups, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a relevant technical field; prior training experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using online training tools and platforms with the ability to manage hybrid training models effectively.
