Chance for the Position of Desktop Support Engineer

- Designation (Role): Trainee Desktop Support
- Department (Functional Area): IT
- Reporting To: HOD
- Company/Working Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
- Salary: 15k to 20k (depending on experience)
- Qualification: Diploma /ITI // 12th
- Experience: 0 to 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
- Install, configure,



and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
- Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and service records.
- Follow IT policies, data security guidelines, and 5S practices.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, and biometric devices.
- Good understanding of hardware components and system assembly.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
