Role Description The Tourist Visa Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for assisting clients with end-to-end tourist visa processes for multiple destinations. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation; collecting and verifying client information and supporting documents; and filling out visa application forms accurately. The specialist coordinates appointment bookings, tracks application statuses, and communicates updates to clients in a transparent and timely manner.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of consulate and embassy rules, managing client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient visa experience.



The position calls for a client-focused approach, attention to detail, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Strong visa processing and documentation skills, including experience with tourist visa applications and familiarity with embassy/consulate procedures.

Excellent client service and communication abilities, with capacity to explain complex requirements clearly and handle queries professionally in person, by phone, and via email.

Solid organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and time management in a high-volume environment.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to review documents, identify gaps, and help clients resolve issues or discrepancies in their applications.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and online portals used for visa submission, scheduling, and status tracking.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.

Prior experience in visa consulting, travel services, overseas education consulting, or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline; additional training in travel, immigration, or international education is an advantage.
