Identify recurring issues and suggest permanent fixes.

Develop automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting.

Manage monitoring for Linux, Unix, Windows, applications, and middleware.

Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
