Prepare Calling file

Data needs to be collected from System and files shared by RM. Data will be filtered as per the defined terms and will be shared for calling.

Appointment Fixing

Fixing Appointments and allocating it to Agent as per the available time slot. Incase customer is not reachable then need to update in the tracker so that Relationship Manager can take further action. Coordinate with respective agents for updating Video KYC status. Share daily update with the superior.

Completing Video KYC

Completing Video KYC as per Regulatory Guidelines. Ensuring proper verification is done and completing the Video KYC within the prescribed timeline as per ABFL Guidelines. Sharing the daily update and tracker with concern team.

No of Kaizens registered and YB completed

Recent Initiatives and Process improvement ideas and execution of those ideas is critical
