Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing & Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Validate invoices against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for invoice discrepancies and resolutions.
- Track invoice status and ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.
Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor approval workflows.
- Coordinate with procurement and business teams for PO-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement and financial policies.
SAP Operations
- Perform day-to-day activities using SAP MM and Finance modules.
- Track PO, invoice, and vendor payment status.
- Generate reports and monitor transaction flow in SAP.
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes.
Vendor Management
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice submissions and payment status.
- Maintain vendor records and master data.
- Resolve vendor queries efficiently.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and payment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.

Fresher or 1 year exp with PG in MBS (HR) or PG in Psychology 3.AFL Coordinator The AFL Partnership Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with schools, colleges, universities, educational groups, coaching institutes, and academic networks for the successful implementation of Awareness for Life (AFL) and Awareness for Wellness (AFW) programs. The role focuses on creating sustainable partnerships, ensuring a seamless participant experience, and expanding the reach of health awareness initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development
- Identify and connect with schools, colleges, universities, educational trusts, and academic groups.
- Build and maintain a robust database of educational institutions.
- Conduct outreach through emails, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
- Pitch AFL and AFW programs to Principals, Directors, Deans, Trustees, HR Heads, and administrative representatives.
- Convert leads into active partnerships and secure program confirmations.
Account Management
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for partnered institutions.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat sessions and multiple program opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with institutional stakeholders.
- Address queries and support institutions throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Program Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with institution SPOCs for scheduling and logistics.
- Secure venue, participant count, infrastructure requirements, and session details.
- Share program requirements and execution details with internal teams.
- Ensure all pre-event and post-event communication is completed on time.
Event Execution Support
- Coordinate with institution representatives on the day of the program.
- Ensure smooth participant management and event flow.
- Facilitate registration, attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
- Resolve operational issues during program execution.
Business Development
- Generate opportunities for multiple health awareness programs within the same institution.
- Expand partnerships across different campuses, branches, and educational networks.
- Explore collaboration opportunities for annual health calendars and wellness initiatives.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal trackers.
- Update partnership status, program schedules, and outcomes regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and execution status.
- Monitor partnership pipeline and achievement against targets.

Required Qualifications
