Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Home Textile Design team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers.
- Drive the complete design process from concept development, artwork creation, sampling, and product development through to final production.
- Develop innovative, trend-driven, and commercially successful designs for a wide range of home textile products, including bedding, bath linens, towels, curtains, kitchen textiles, table linens, and decorative accessories.
- Research global design trends, colour forecasts, consumer preferences, materials, textures, and emerging technologies to develop new collections.
- Translate market insights, customer requirements, and seasonal trends into commercially viable product concepts.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Marketing teams to ensure timely product development and successful launches.
- Coordinate with suppliers, mills, printers, and manufacturers for material sourcing, sampling, and production feasibility.
- Review product samples and ensure designs meet quality standards, technical specifications, customer expectations, and brand guidelines.




- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, artwork files, colour specifications, mood boards, material references, and design documentation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to development timelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
- Promote sustainable and eco-friendly design practices by incorporating innovative materials and responsible design concepts wherever applicable.
- Ensure all designs comply with customer specifications, production capabilities, and company quality standards.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of home textile materials, weaving techniques, fabric constructions, printing processes, dyeing, embroidery, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent knowledge of colour theory, pattern development, textures, product aesthetics, and design presentation.
- Ability to interpret market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal forecasts to develop cutting-edge collections.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong planning, creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
