Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues related to automation testing.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
