- Develop and manage Distributor &
- Channel Partner networks • Drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned territory • Manage HORECA &
- Bakery customers and business development • Achieve sales targets through product demonstrations and market activation • Develop strategic business plans to expand the customer base • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients • Manage sales forecasting, revenue planning and territory SWOT analysis • Identify emerging and untapped markets and introduce product portfolios • Track competitor products,



pricing, promotions and schemes • Participate in BTL activities, events and product promotions • Ensure achievement of collection targets • Submit regular market intelligence and reports Candidate Profile: 5–12 years of relevant experience in HORECA / Bakery / B2B Sales Strong team leadership and people management skills Excellent execution, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines Solid business development and negotiation skills Fluent in English &
