This role is responsible for the development, administration, and operational support of the Ping Identity platform (formerly ForgeRock), ensuring secure and seamless authentication, authorization, and identity management services across the enterprise. Skills and Requirements - 3-5+ years of IAM engineering experience - Strong ForgeRock / Ping Identity experience o Ping AM (previously called ForgeRock Access Management or ForgeRock OpenAM) o Ping DS (previously called ForgeRock Directory Services, or ForgeRock OpenDS) o Ping Gateway (previously ForgeRock Identity Gateway or ForgeRock OpenIG) - Experience writing code and scripts - Kubernetes experience - Strong communications skills to work directly with external stakeholders - Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC), formerly ForgeRock Identity Cloud - Ping IDM (previously ForgeRock Identity Management) - SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Authentication Trees, Authentication Journeys, MFA, and Authentication Nodes
