Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading end-to-end tendering activities for infrastructure and road projects. The role includes identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with technical, finance, and legal teams to prepare comprehensive bid proposals.

The Tendering

Manager will manage tender timelines, ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and oversee cost estimation and pricing strategies. Daily tasks involve collaborating with procurement and project teams, maintaining tender databases, preparing supporting documentation,



and participating in negotiations with clients or partners where required. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales and business development efforts, and providing regular reports to senior management on tender status and outcomes.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including bid strategy, documentation, and compliance.

Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and related coordination, such as vendor sourcing, cost estimation support, and materials/services evaluation.

Candidates should possess skills in Sales and business development, including client relationship management and opportunity identification.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, cross-functional coordination, and tracking deliverables against timelines.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in infrastructure, roads, highways, or EPC projects, preferably with government tenders and contracts.

Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and tendering/ERP software.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive tender deadlines.
