Role Description This is a full-time, remote Telly Caller role focused on supporting Brand Your Trend’s digital marketing and client engagement activities.

The Telly

Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to explain services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, following scripts and guidelines while adapting to each caller’s needs, and providing clear information about the company’s offerings.



The role also involves following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with team members to improve call strategies and conversion outcomes.

Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.

Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive interactions.

Basic sales and telemarketing skills, including lead qualification, follow-up, and objection handling.

Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online communication platforms to document and track calls.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call targets.

Prior experience in telesales, call center, or customer support roles is an advantage.

Interest in or exposure to digital marketing services and terminology is beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication, sales, or marketing is a plus.
