We are looking for a motivated and organized Tele Sales & Operations Executive to handle customer calls, generate sales, coordinate daily operations, and ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Explain products/services, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, orders, and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and support teams.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor daily sales and operational activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely issue resolution.
- Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or operations.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive Hindi and English communication; knowledge of [local language] is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
