Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers. Explain our Ayurvedic medicines and treatment programs. Convince customers to visit our hospital and start treatment. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Schedule appointments for doctors whenever required. Update customer details and call records in the system. Coordinate with the internal team for customer follow-ups. Visit our Paschim Vihar Hospital whenever required for work-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience in an Ayurvedic tele calling process.

Experience in an Ayurvedic Hospital process is an added advantage. Positive knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and treatments. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads into appointments. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to visit the Paschim Vihar Hospital whenever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
