Job Title: Telesales Executive cum Receptionist

: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of converting leads into prospective customers (patients). This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Location: Dr. VJ Dental Studio, Salem, Tamil Nadu (with branches in Chennai and Salem)

Timing: Evening Shift

About Us: Dr. VJ Dental Studio is a leading dental clinic with locations in Chennai and Salem. We specialize in dental implants, smile designing, and teeth alignment treatments. Our clinic is actively engaged in various marketing activities, including digital marketing, offline marketing, and dental camps, to generate leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential patients generated through various marketing activities.
- Convert leads into appointments and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Provide detailed information about our dental services, including dental implants, smile designing, and teeth alignment treatments.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Basic Skills Needed:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
