We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Telecalling Executive to support our Auditing and Professional Services firm. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales/audit advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database
- Introduce company services such as Audit, Accounting, VAT, ICV Certification, AML Compliance, Corporate Services , etc.




- Explain basic service offerings clearly and professionally
- Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for senior consultants
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM or Excel
- Follow call scripts while adapting communication based on client response
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
- Handle client objections politely and escalate responsible inquiries to management
- Ensure professional conduct and compliance with company calling guidelines

Candidate Requirements

Education

- Minimum Graduate

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in outbound telecalling / telesales / lead generation
- Experience in B2B calling, professional services, audit, accounting, consulting, or compliance services is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Regional language is an added advantage)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of corporate or business services (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain call discipline
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)
- Professional phone etiquette and listening skills
