Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Teleresearch Associate who will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and updating business information within all calling campaigns.

Information verification and updates include: business name,

address, phone number(s), employee size, key personnel, e-mail address, website,

line of business, plus additional company demographics.

Contact companies across the country via phone to verify and gather business information by utilizing scripted guidelines.





Enter updates or corrections to business information to ensure an accurate database.

Maintain 99 percent accuracy rate on updates and corrections to meet company quality standards.

Qualifications Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

2 to 5 years of work experience in voice. Preferably voice experience in finance.

Excellent communication skills and solid command of the English language.

Excellent customer service skills.

Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
