Telemarketing Executive

Location: Tiruvallur

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Sunday

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, generate interest in our products/services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Handle customer objections professionally and drive sales conversions.
- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain proper call records.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience is mandatory.
- Positive English and Tamil communication skills – speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Smart, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Should have proven ability to close sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
