Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist role at Viral Vaani LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehra Dun. In this role, the specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce products or services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include explaining offerings clearly, answering customer queries, recording call outcomes, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems.

The Telemarketing

Specialist will follow scripts and campaign guidelines, meet call and conversion targets,



and support customer follow-ups to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Collaboration with sales and customer support teams to refine messaging and improve results is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities and convert prospects.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to deliver clear, persuasive, and professional messages over the phone.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships.

Candidates should have basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or call management tools.
