Role Overview
We're hiring a high-energy Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify pipeline across three distinct markets — India, USA, and Australia. This role is foundational to our international growth strategy and requires someone comfortable working across time zones, cultural sales nuances, and varying buyer personas
(enterprise BFSI/telecom in India vs. mid-market/enterprise SaaS buyers in the US and Australia). You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives, directly fueling Teleforce's revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify target accounts across India, USA, and Australia using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo, and CRM data; build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, WhatsApp where applicable).
- Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound leads (web, campaigns, referrals) and qualify them against ICP criteria (BANT/MEDDIC) before handing off to Account Executives.
- Cross-Market Coverage: Manage a working schedule with meaningful overlap across US (EST/PST)
and Australian (AEST) business hours, in addition to core India hours.
- Pipeline Building: Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings booked
(SQLs) and pipeline value generated.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead status, and outreach cadences within the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Teleforce CRM).
- Messaging & Positioning: Tailor outreach to region-specific pain points — BFSI compliance and scale in India, cost/efficiency and AI-agent differentiation in the US, and telecom/CX transformation themes in Australia.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and the CGO to refine ICPs,
messaging, and campaign feedback loops.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on the competitive landscape (Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, and regional
CCaaS/CPaaS players) to sharpen outreach positioning.
- Event & Webinar Follow-up: Support follow-up outreach from trade shows, webinars, and partner-
generated leads across all three geographies. Experience
- 1–4 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in SaaS, CCaaS, MarTech, or B2B enterprise tech.
- Prior experience prospecting into US and/or Australian markets is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling into BFSI, telecom, or enterprise verticals is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to adapt tone/style for different regional buyer personas.
- Strong cold-calling and cold-emailing skills with a track record of hitting outbound quotas.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft) and CRM platforms (HubSpot,
Salesforce).
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment — activity KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline targets.
- Basic understanding of cloud telephony, CDP, or AI agent platforms is a plus (training provided).
Other
- Willingness to work flexible/staggered shifts to cover US and Australia time zones.
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led startup setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not mandatory with strong relevant experience).
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based incentives.
- Direct mentorship from senior leadership (CGO, Head of Demand & Programmatic) as Teleforce scales internationally.
- Clear growth path into Account Executive or regional market lead roles as the US/Australia business units mature.
- Opportunity to work on category-defining AI-driven RevOps and voice-agent technology.
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles across three distinct global markets.
