Job Type: Freelance / Work From Home Experience: Minimum 1 year in BFSI recruitment Location: Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry & Other States
Key Responsibilities: Source and screen suitable candidates for BFSI positions Share qualified candidate profiles with the recruitment team Manage candidate communication and follow-ups Support hiring requirements across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & NBFC sectors
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of BFSI recruitment experience Strong sourcing and screening skills Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills Laptop is mandatory Ability to work independently from home Compensation: Commission-based
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
