Bits and Bytes IT Solution is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our IT and Digital Marketing services, preparing quotations and proposals, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, and experience in client handling and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Handle client queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Prepare and share Quotations based on client requirements.
- Prepare professional Business Proposals for clients.
- Maintain lead and client data in MS Excel.
- Prepare and manage documents using MS Word.




- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and project details.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with existing and potential clients.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Business Development
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Good Client Handling skills
- Experience in Calling & Lead Follow-up
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good knowledge of MS Word
- Ability to prepareQuotations
- Ability to prepare Business Proposals
- Basic understanding of IT / Digital Marketing services will be an advantage
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
