We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at ENE - Ecom Network Expo. This role involves managing and guiding a team of telecallers, tracking daily calling targets, and ensuring smooth outbound calling operations to convert manufacturers, importers, and online sellers into exhibitors or visitors for our B2B e-commerce expo. The role offers ₹30,000 and a dynamic workplace with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Monitor call quality, ensure telecallers are pitching correctly, and provide on-the-spot coaching where needed

Track team performance, call records, and follow-ups, and maintain reports in Excel

Handle escalations and complex queries from prospects that telecallers are unable to resolve

Coordinate with management to report daily/weekly progress and flag issues early

Train new telecallers on the pitch, objection handling,



and Excel/data entry process

Ensure attendance, discipline, and daily targets are being met across the team

Step in personally on calls when required, especially with high-value prospects

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass (graduates preferred) with prior experience in tele calling, team handling, or sales coordination. Candidates must be confident communicators in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English, and comfortable managing a small team on the floor. Basic to good knowledge of Excel is required for tracking team performance and reports. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
