Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, providing information about Holistic Educare’s services and capturing requirements related to school management, expansion, or new set-ups. Daily tasks include explaining offerings clearly, answering queries, maintaining call records, and updating client information in internal systems.

The role involves following up on leads, scheduling appointments or meetings for the consulting team, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.



The Telecaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining professional and respectful interactions at all times.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and good listening abilities.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust and professionalism.

Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes and follow-ups effectively.

Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to convey information about services in a simple, understandable way.

Prior experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer care, preferably in education or services, is an advantage.

Comfort with working in an office workplace in Ahmedabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is beneficial.
