We are looking for a motivated TeleSales Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding their career/training requirements, and converting them into course enrollments.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Explain our courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

- Maintain lead details and follow-up records.

- Handle student queries and provide proper guidance.

- Coordinate with the training/admission team for enrollment.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Interest in sales, education, and career counselling.

- Tamil & English communication preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
