Steps to College is a Delhi-based admissions consultancy helping students get into the right Engineering, Management, Law, Medical, Design, and BCA programs across Delhi NCR. We're growing, and we're looking for a Tele-Counsellor who genuinely enjoys talking to people and guiding them.

What you'll actually do

- Call and connect with students and parents who've already shown interest — these are warm leads, not cold calls
- Understand each student's situation, marks, budget, and goals, and guide them toward the right options
- Follow up consistently over WhatsApp and calls until the student books an office visit
- Keep your leads organized and never let a valuable enquiry go cold

Who we're looking for
- You're a strong, warm communicator in Hindi and English — people trust you quickly




- You genuinely like helping and don't give up after one unanswered call
- You're organized, self-driven, and take ownership of your numbers
- Freshers with the right energy are welcome; counselling or tele-sales experience is a plus
