About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Fintech Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable personal and business loan products, generating leads, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and prior experience in telecalling, telesales, loan sales, banking, NBFC, or fintech.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal and business loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and other relevant details to customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and identify suitable loan opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to move leads through the sales process.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit team for document collection and loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines while communicating loan-related information.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain financial products clearly.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales.
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales, Insurance, or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Candidates with experience in selling personal loans, business loans, credit cards, or other financial products will be preferred.
