- Identify prospective buyers by assessing their current printing volume, machinery age, and upgrade requirements.
- Cold call new market segments to build a steady sales pipeline.
Product Communication & Inquiry Handling
- Explain technical specifications, machine capacities, and pricing options clearly to prospective buyers.
- Handle incoming phone or web inquiries regarding spare parts, machine servicing, or catalog requests.
- Route high-potential or ready-to-buy clients directly to senior field sales executives or technical engineers for closing.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Conduct scheduled follow-up calls with warm leads who requested quotations or machine demos.
- Maintain active communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business or referrals for recent supplies and upgrades.
- Address preliminary post-sale feedback or forward technical complaints to the customer service department.
- Log all call outcomes, client requirements, and follow-up schedules accurately into the company's CRM software.
- Update and clean database lists containing contact information for printing industry stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set for call volume, lead generation, and meeting fixations.
