About the Role

Pryxen Technologies is hiring Telecalling Executives for our new Bengaluru office to work on a BFSI sales process associated with a reputed NBFC.

The role is completely sales-oriented and involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable financial products, and converting leads into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain BFSI products and their benefits clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate and convert leads into successful sales.

Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the sales process.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow process guidelines and maintain professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.





Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, BFSI, or sales will be an added advantage.
