Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Kochi.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Metametics’ services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales and marketing teams. The role includes answering inbound inquiries,



providing clear information about digital marketing solutions, and updating CRM or call logs with accurate details of every interaction.

The Tele

Caller will follow call scripts and guidelines, meet daily and weekly call targets.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone presence.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including handling objections and maintaining a professional tone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as online advertising, lead generation, and branding (training can be provided).
- Comfort using CRM tools, call tracking systems, and basic office software to manage leads and record interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, meet performance targets, and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or call center roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Kochi; additional language skills are beneficial.
