Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on prospective leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain call records and daily reporting in basic Excel/sheets.

Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Skills: Fluent in Hindi, good telephone etiquette, and basic communication skills.
- Setup Required: Smartphone/Laptop, reliable internet, and a quiet home workplace.
