Advance GroHair & GloSkin Clinic is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller Executive to handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment bookings.

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads and patients
- Explain clinic treatments and offers
- Schedule appointments
- Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the front office and marketing team

Requirements
- Any degree
- Positive communication skills in Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
