We are looking for a Domestic Telecaller for our Tamil-speaking process. You will handle calls with local customers, explain our services, and manage basic customer requests in Tamil.
Key Duties
- Local Calling: Speak to customers fluently in Tamil daily.
- Customer Service: Answer inquiries and assist local customers politely.
- Data Logging: Record call details and customer responses in English or Tamil.
- Daily Follow-ups: Call back interested customers to complete requests.
Requirements
- Language: Must speak fluent, clear Tamil (native or near-native level).
- Education: 12th pass, Diploma, or any Graduate can apply.
- Skills: Valuable listening skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
