We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Career Associates. This is a flexible remote opportunity suitable for freshers and individuals interested in communication, networking and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through phone calls and social media
- Understand their career/job-search requirements
- Explain CareerNext services clearly
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain basic lead and follow-up records
- Assist in converting interested candidates into customers
- Coordinate with the CareerNext team

Requirements

- Good communication skills
- Confident and polite communication style
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn




- Telugu/English/Hindi communication is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome
- Willingness to learn and work independently
