Maxwin E Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Introduce and explain company products and services clearly.
- Promote M-Pe, our digital payment solution, to retailers and businesses.
- Generate leads and identify current business opportunities through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information about products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi or other regional language skills will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
