Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Telecaller (Sales) to generate business opportunities and support sales growth through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele-sales, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion. Preference will be given to candidates from the pipes, sanitaryware, hardware, building materials, construction products, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

Generate leads and identify current business opportunities.

Promote products and explain their features and benefits to customers.

Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and end customers.

Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely customer support and order closure.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.

Experience in pipes, sanitaryware, hardware, building materials, construction materials, or related industries preferred.

Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into business opportunities.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.

Basic English communication skills preferred.
