Hiring: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 20 hours/week

Daily Hours: 4 hours/day, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making professional phone calls, communicating with customers or potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about our services, and maintaining proper follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.

Explain company services clearly and professionally.

Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the team regarding interested or qualified leads.

Maintain a polite and professional attitude during calls.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills.





Comfortable speaking over the phone.

Basic Hindi and English communication preferred.

Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous telecalling/customer-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits
