Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Automobile Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, promoting automobile products/services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales or showroom visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, offers, finance options, and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a proper follow-up database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and customer visits.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/HR or sales software.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Prepare daily calling and lead-conversion reports.




- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, automobile sales, or a related field.
- Automobile industry experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Hindi and English communication required; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
