We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Principal, Finance to lead technology initiatives that enable finance transformation, process modernization, and business growth. This role will serve as a bridge between finance and technology teams, translating financial and business requirements into scalable technology strategies and solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Finance Technology Strategy, Digital Finance Transformation, and Enterprise Technology Strategy , along with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. You will help shape the technology roadmap for finance functions, identify opportunities for automation and digitization, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, data quality, and decision-making.

Requirements Key Responsibilities Finance Technology Strategy

- Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with finance and business objectives
- Define technology roadmaps for finance applications, platforms, integrations, and digital capabilities
- Evaluate existing finance systems and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization
- Recommend technology solutions that improve financial efficiency, controls, reporting, and decision-making
- Partner with finance leadership to translate business priorities into technology initiatives

Digital Finance Transformation

- Lead initiatives focused on finance process digitization, automation,



and technology-enabled transformation
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support implementation of up-to-date finance technologies, platforms, and digital workflows
- Drive adoption of automation and data-driven solutions across finance functions
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of transformation initiatives

Enterprise Technology Strategy

- Align finance technology initiatives with the broader enterprise technology architecture and roadmap
- Evaluate applications, platforms, integrations, and technology capabilities for scalability and sustainability
- Work with enterprise architecture and IT teams to ensure technology standards are followed
- Identify opportunities to simplify application landscapes and improve system interoperability
- Support technology governance, risk management, security, and compliance requirements

Stakeholder & Program Management

- Collaborate with finance, IT, business, operations, and senior leadership teams
- Manage technology initiatives from requirement definition through implementation and stabilization
- Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors
- Communicate technology strategies, project progress, risks,



and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Manage priorities, dependencies, timelines, and technology-related risks

What Makes You a Excellent Fit

- 5+ years of experience in finance technology, technology consulting, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or related areas
- Strong understanding of Finance Technology Strategy and Digital Finance Transformation
- Experience developing or supporting Enterprise Technology Strategy and technology roadmaps
- Good understanding of finance processes such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, planning, controls, and financial operations
- Experience with finance applications, ERP platforms, enterprise systems, integrations, and digital finance solutions
- Strong understanding of technology architecture, APIs, data flows, automation, and system integration
- Experience leading cross-functional technology transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business and finance requirements into practical technology solutions
- Strong project and program management capabilities with a focus on delivery and measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
